The « Geai Bleu »

Small, warm and comfortable chalet. The calm and the song of birds is what describes

the best environment of this little haven of peace! On the ground floor: Full kitchen

equipped & dining room (4 chairs), living room with wood fireplace, work space (for

teleworking), bathroom and patio door giving access to the terrace which includes a barbecue /

a table and 4 chairs. The basement has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with a

Queen bed and 2nd, with a double wall bed. A washer/dryer, cabinets storage and a bathroom with shower and sink only completes this one. There

tranquility moves outside with the SPA (6 places) with a view of the lake

Trousers, an outdoor shower and a fireplace to enhance evenings around a

beautiful fire.

This little “haven of peace” is located in Saint-Étienne de Bolton, a village which combines the

countryside, lakes and mountains. Trousers Lake is located directly in front of the chalet and

is a “non-navigable” lake where you can find: Paddle board, kayak, canoe, etc. Surrounded

hiking trail and 5 minutes “on foot” from Mount Trousers and 10 minutes from Mount

Foster.

The “Jeai Bleu” is the ideal place for nature lovers. It is a chalet with a

central location 20 km from everything!!! 15 minutes by car from the village of Eastman:

restaurants, microbrewery, gas station and small grocery store. 15-20 minutes from the

magnificent town of Bromont and its ski slopes and multiple summer activities and

winter, 15 minutes drive from Mont Orford National Park (golf, downhill skiing, skiing

hiking, snowshoeing, equipped beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking) and 20

minutes from the charming town of Magog and its large Lake Memphremagog.
