• One billing account

  Invoices in your company's name, with your own reference, such as a branch, a purchase order or a cost centre.

• A payment schedule that suits you

  Everything at arrival, a deposit then the balance, or one statement per period, such as every month. Long stays are billed by the month.

• Interac e-Transfer or a saved card

  Pay by Interac e-Transfer, or with a card saved on your company's file and charged when each amount is due.

• A company portal

  Your managers request several stays at once, keep the list of your employees, and follow the stays, invoices and statements.

• Occupants who know where to go

  Each occupant receives their arrival details by email, including the address, the keys and the Wi-Fi.

   We set up your company

   We agree on your rates and on how you pay, then give your managers access to the company portal.

   Your managers request stays

   In the portal, one request lists each stay with its occupant, the type of unit and the dates.

   We book and confirm

   We assign a unit to each stay and confirm each one to you, with its address and amounts.
