Modern condo completely renovated in 2021 with a view of Lake Memphremagog and only 10 minutes walk from Principale Street (terraces, restaurants and shops) and Merry Beach and 10 minutes by car from Mont Orford.
Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
Living room with wood fireplace, sofa bed and 55 inch smart TV. 2 closed bedrooms with queen bed (bedding and towels for 6 people). -
Bathroom with ceramic shower including a rain shower head.
Unlimited internet access and cable TV.
Heated floor and wall mounted air conditioning.

Le condo était très bien, confortable. Cependant, la réservation était faite pour cinq personnes et c'était bien indiqué sur les documents. C'etait donc connu de votre part. J'aurais grandement donc apprécié qu'il y ait des serviettes pour tous. Il n'y en avait que quatre. Je crois que le prix de location devrait inclure au minimum une serviette pour tous. Il n'y en avait pas non plus pour la piscine. Si la politique est de ne pas en fournir pour la piscine, veuillez à l'indiquer dans vos informations au client. Les feuillets d'informations dans le condo indiquaient qu'il y avait des frais pour avoir des serviettes en surplus. Ça me paraît nettement exagéré.

La propriété convient très bien pour quatre personnes. Le condo était d’une propreté irréprochable ainsi que tout le site. Nous avons apprécié la situation proche du village et des commodités. Propriété à recommander.
