Condo with Private Terrace & Pool Access

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.

You must check out by 11:00 AM on the morning of your departure.

La politique d'annulation va s'appliquer en fonction des cas suivants:

• Si une annulation est effectuée au minimum 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée, le client a le choix

  • de reporter son séjour sans frais dans les douze prochains mois. Location Tourisme Estrie conservera le dépôt pour la réservation future. Si aucune location n'est faite dans les douze mois, Location Tourisme Estrie conservera le dépôt. OU

  • d'obtenir un remboursement du dépôt, selon certaines conditions, c'est-à-dire que le montant le plus élevé entre 50$ plus taxes ou 10% du dépôt (plus taxes) sera chargé

• Si une annulation est effectuée dans les 30 jours précédant l'arrivée le client pourra

  • reporter son séjour sans frais dans les douze prochains mois. Location Tourisme Estrie conservera le dépôt pour la réservation future. Si aucune location n'est faite dans les douze mois, Location Tourisme Estrie conservera le dépôt.

• Si une annulation est effectuée dans les 7 jours précédant l'arrivée, le coût total de la réservation est chargé au client.

Location Tourisme Estrie demeure toutefois sensible à la réalité de chacun de ses clients. Ainsi, advenant une annulation d'urgence et ce, pour différentes raisons, notre équipe se réserve le droit d'honorer la politique selon laquelle le dépôt du client est conservé pour une location future, qui devra être effectuée dans les douze prochains mois.

Rules and Indications - O'berge du Village

• Animals: All animals are prohibited on the site and in the condo. Forbidden to feed the ducks / geese.

• Balcony: It is forbidden to spread towel / items on the balcony rails.

• BBQ: Prohibited on balconies. During the summer, BBQs are available under the awning. Close the valves after use and clean grills after use.

• Laundry room: Located in the basement of each building. Open daily from 9hto 17h. Service fee ($).

• Keys: No staff, manager or other co-owner can open the doors for tenants / visitors / owners. In the case of loss, please contact the owner.

• Corridors: Silence is required at all times. Under the Municipal By-law of the city of Magog, it is strictly forbidden to leave any object in the corridor (carpet, boots, etc.).

• Curfew: Obligatory to respect tenants / visitors / co-owners. According to the rules of the O’berge, 10 pm is the deadline for noise (music inside or outside of the unit and any fault). In case of non-compliance, please contact the 911.

• Smoking : It is forbidden to smoke (cigar, cigarette electronic cigarette) and / or consume cannabis (under all forms) on the balcony of the condo, under the awning, around pools and in the gym. Smoking is also prohibited within nine meters of any part of the building perimeter. Under of the Act concerning the fight against smoking.

• Water (damage): Quickly, close the valves. Kitchen (under the sink) and bathroom (wardrobe behind panel on back wall). Contact the owner. If significant damage, call emergency phone number indicated at the entrance of each building.

• Fireplace: Before use, make sure the hatch above the fireplace is open. Only pressed wood logs (Green) are permitted.

• Internet: "OBerge_internet public" network: No user name or password is required.

• Garbage-recycling: Containers located on Théroux Street. It is the responsibility of the tenant / visitor / co-owner to take out the garbage and recycling from the condo and place in containers.

• Swimming pools / spa: Indoor: Located in the basement of the CS building. Exterior: located behind building C. The magnetic key is required for access. No supervision is provided. Children under 14 must be accompanied and children under 6 are prohibited in the spa. Strictly prohibited: glass containers, food or smoking inside the pools / spa. Hours: 10 am to 10 pm. THE SYNDICATE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR OTHER INCIDENTS. USE IS AT YOUR RISK.

• Exercise room: Located in the basement of the CS building. Hours of Operation: 10h to 21h for visitors. For insurance reasons, you must be over 16 years. THE SYNDICATE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR OTHER INCIDENTS. USE IS AT YOUR RISK.

• Parking: No space reserved for the unit. It is suggested to use one space per condo. Additional cars must park on Theroux Street. No trailer or motor vehicle is allowed in parking lots.

• Thermostats: When you leave, make sure to set them at 17 degrees Celsius.

• Emergency: Contact the owner. Call 911 in case of fire.

It is important not to let the smoke escape through the corridors because the fire alarm system is connected to the Magog fire department. Please open the patio door to let the smoke out. In the event of a false alarm, any movement of the firefighters / 911 incurred a charge of $ 100. All tenants / visitors / co-owners agree to comply with the regulations of the joint ownership and if applicable, must pay all invoices and / or claims filed by the Syndicate for damage caused/Condo O'berge Village complex.

I will be responsible for damages caused by breakage, misuse, negligence or other. The properties are non-smoking and no pets are accepted. Failure to comply with the rules will result in charge to your credit card.
