Nice studio at O'berge du Village with balcony

Nice studio fully equipped and completely renovated with views of Lake Memphremagog and Orford mountain. It is located within walking distance of all activities in downtown Magog. During the summer season, portable air conditioning is installed for your comfort.

Everything is provided, including bedding, kitchen accessories, plasma TV, refrigerator, microwave stove and dishwasher. There is a full bathroom with shower and bath. There is also a double Murphy bed (including storage spaces on each side) and a double sofa bed.

On the balcony with direct view of the lake, two bistro tables and four bistro chairs allow you to have a splendid view with the sunset as a bonus. Finally, you have access to all the facilities of the complex, namely the indoor and outdoor pools, the whirlpools, a small gym area and a sauna in front of the condo. BBQs are also available under a tent as well as tables and chairs allowing you to welcome guests.
